1761 F i Sarah Elizabeth Ladd was born on 24 May 1979 in Berkshire Co., MA. She died on 14 Nov 2015 in Berkshire Co., MA.

1. Obit: Sarah Ladd
1979 - 2015 DALTON Sarah Elizabeth Ladd, 36, of First St., passed away suddenly while a patient at the Berkshire Medical Center on November 14th. Born May 24, 1979, the daughter of Richard F. Ladd and Susan Relyea Swierat, she was a 1997 graduate of Wahconah High School. Sarah was the center of many circles. Some concentric and some overlapping but all had her love and her light at their center. Her light was not like ours which shines only a narrow path forward, her light radiated outward to the farthest reaches of these circles, warming everyone within. She was no stranger to darkness but the light she kept lit for others kept it at bay. Her love for her children, Brodie and Kayla, was the brightest light of all fierce and boundless. If there is anything that can transcend space and time it will be this love for them. Sarah will be remembered for her smile that came so easily, her too-generous heart, her wicked sense of humor, her ability to comfort animals and people, her love of the water, her gentle coaching on and off the field, and her beautiful, bright laugh that we all wish we could hear one more time. Every time you light a candle, look up at the stars, or swim in the sunlit water, think of Sarah and keep her light shining through you. Sarah leaves behind her children, Brodie Richard Rando and Kayla Grace Rando and their father, Tim Rando, her sister, Audra S. Ladd, father, Richard F. Ladd and his wife, Judy, mother, Susan Relyea Swierat and her significant other, Jim Luczynski and many other people she cherished dearly. FUNERAL NOTICE: A funeral and celebration of life for Sarah will be held Saturday with the Rev. Quentin Chin officiating at 10a.m. at the funeral home with a burial in the Ashuelot Cemetery immediately following. Calling hours will be Friday from 4 to 7p.m. at the BARTLETT WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME in Dalton. (The Berkshire Eagle on Nov. 18, 2015)
