The great number of friends from near and far who, gathered af the Community Hall for the service and the profusion of beautiful flowers were a loving tribute to the memory of Frank. In the passing of Frank Luce, Lake George has lost it’s most colorful citizen. Over a period of 45 years he has been instrumental in promoting the growth of his chosen community from a logging town to its present day thriving village and resort center, His interest in the progress of the community and school system' was apparent by the offices of trust he held and his many years of serving as a valued member of the school board. Numberless men owe their love for fishing and hunting and the great out-of-doors to their close association with Frank.
